Managers of various organisations that I have worked
with have received positive feedback about my ability to not only resolve
issues quickly but to do so where even the argumentative of clients feel
confident of my assistance and tend to have a rapport with me by the end
of the call or desktop visit. I have developed a keen ability to speak
intelligently about highly technical issues in a clear and concise manner
that the non-technical client can recognize. My manager received praise
regarding me from one client that I spent time explaining the process of
setting up a business home office computer and connecting remotely via VPN.
She was not technical concerning computers but the extra time I spent with
her had prevented the user calling us out of hours and possibly a home
visit. |
