While working with TLA Associates, I was one of the foremost authorities on the most up-to-date regulations and procedures that have been agreed upon between TLA and the GSA Government institution. With that, I was put in place to review and assist in the development of a 48 page Standard Operating Procedures document detailing the complete support coverage of my team including service level agreements and Continuity-of-Operations coverage.
